Features: Two sandy beach areas, a dock, and a rocky beach below the cliffs with expansive tide pools
Wildlife: Tide pool areas include many intertidal species like sea anemones, crabs, and small fish, as well as an abundance of spiny lobsters that you may see washed up on shore. Near the dock, sea lions may be seen hunting for fish
Amenities: Large public restroom building with outdoor showers, large metered parking lot, free entrance to Carrillo Marine Aquarium in the same lot, and a boat ramp
Accessibility: Accessible parking is available with a short, mostly flat walk to the sandy beaches. The tide pool area can be viewed via a paved walkway off to the right hand side of the park, although the rocky beach itself does not have paths and is not accessible
Best Time of Year: This is a popular area for paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming and boating in the summer months. Tide pools are best viewed during low tide year-round
